Shipping & Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be eligible and returned within 14 days of purchase to receive a store credit. Proof of purchase must be provided and the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. To request a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the order number, the reason for your return and your desire of exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item(s). Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care items (such as plates, cups, cutlery), and custom products (personalized items). Please email us at email@example.com if you have questions or concerns about your special item.
Items on sale are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to request an exchange. After we receive your request and the merchandise shipped back to us, we will inspect the returned items and notify you if the exchange is approved. If the items are in the same condition (unused, unworn and with tags) you will receive store credit.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once the order has shipped. We are not responsible for any delays, damaged or lost items during shipping.
We ship all orders via USPS Standard Shipping and offer a Flat Rate of $5.00 on all orders.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00 before tax.
